Health & Safety

At Healthy Property, health and safety is central to everything we do. Our primary objective is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients, occupants, contractors, members of the public and our staff while mould remediation and related works are carried out.

Mould contamination presents unique health risks. We are committed to managing these risks through robust systems, strict procedures and evidence-based remediation practices that prioritise safe outcomes for people and properties.

We ensure that all work is planned, assessed and undertaken in accordance with current New Zealand health and safety legislation, industry standards and best practice guidelines. This includes the identification of hazards, implementation of appropriate controls, use of suitable personal protective equipment, and containment measures to prevent cross-contamination.

Healthy Property is committed to providing a safe working environment so that every team member can return home safely at the end of each working day. We actively support training, competency, and ongoing improvement in health and safety performance.

Health and safety is a shared responsibility, and we expect all employees and contractors to take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others, and to comply with all health and safety requirements while on site.
